another kinda normal started from a simple truth: life feels too short not to have fun.

In a world obsessed with minimalism and perfection, we chose messy magic, maximalism, and color therapy.

We’re creators who believe therapy can happen around a paint-splattered table, over music that heals, and through objects that make people ask, “Where did you find that?”

We believe in the healing power of community: sharing support tools, reminders that we’re not alone (we’re all on a common human journey) and the courage to see life as a beautiful, wonderful thing, 

If you only give yourself the chance to try.
If you overcome the fear of the unknown, the stigma, the preconceptions — and just embrace therapy and the work it takes.
Because, like everything truly worthwhile, it requires effort (partly thanks to our reward systems — but that’s a story for later).
And therapy is the most powerful act of love you can give yourself: it’s for you, only you, and your greater happiness.
And really — who wouldn’t want that?

Our collections bring together retro-inspired patterns, upcycled furniture, quirky accessories, support tools and limited artist collaborations - several carrying playful messages that spark conversation about mental health and identity.
